Health care and family welfare has been focus area of Lok Jagriti Sansthan since inception. Maternal and child health care are one of the major targets for the last many years. In this context we have carried several activities programmes in rural and slum areas of urban centres:

• Health care camps
• Promotion of nutrition and hygiene
• Family planning awareness campaign
• HIV/AIDS and other genetic disease awareness and its prevention
• Health campaign for mental retardation, cerebral palsy and autism
